Staff were very helpful. There was a miscommunication of the booking and they helped clarify it with little stress to myself. The proximity to the airport is also wonderful.

The junior king suite was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable even while under stress (the power was out during check in).

worst staff & management, you can ever meet in your, the whole hotel is empty & they gave me a room at the ground floor & when I asked the young gentleman at reception who looks likes he hasn’t any experience to deal with guests, he told me this is the hotel’s policy, I asked him to show me it, he took off a dirty piece of paper with two lines stating “ all Locals should be assigned to 1st floor no higher than 2nd floor” so I asked him to assign us to 2nd floor so he refused because he have to fill all rooms in ground floor first, can you believe that, it was a very bad experience, also the fridge was not working, I called and asked to send someone but he didn’t send any, I asked to see a supervisor , he told me no one one duty, can you believe that COMFORT INN HOTEL is running by a inexperienced young receptionist. Horrible experience will never happen again
